Description

Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting bids for the replacement of the Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) located at 5501 Centerfield Road, Summerfield, NC. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the existing UPS and install a new UPS system that services the communication infrastructure of the public safety trunked 800 MHz radio system. The work requires minimal interruption to critical communication equipment and coordination with Guilford County Emergency Services and Guilford Metro 911. The contractor is also responsible for permits, inspections, startup coordination, and providing one preventative maintenance visit after installation. An add alternate price for after-hours or weekend installation is requested.
