Description
This solicitation is for the construction of the Horse Pen Creek Greenway Pedestrian Trail Culvert located between 5906 - 5907 Fleming Terrace Road, Greensboro, NC. The project involves demolishing a portion of the existing greenway pedestrian trail to elevate a section to prevent nuisance flooding. It includes installation of four partially buried 12 RCP culvert pipes, a low-height concrete retaining wall, clearing, grading, removal of unsuitable soils, replacement with foundation conditioning material, new asphalt trail section, and traffic control in accordance with NCDOT and County standards. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work and must be licensed to perform all required work in North Carolina.
