This solicitation is for the construction of the Horse Pen Creek Greenway Pedestrian Trail Culvert located between 5906 - 5907 Fleming Terrace Road, Greensboro, NC. The project involves demolishing a portion of the existing greenway pedestrian trail to elevate a section to prevent nuisance flooding. It includes installation of four partially buried 12 RCP culvert pipes, a low-height concrete retaining wall, clearing, grading, removal of unsuitable soils, replacement with foundation conditioning material, new asphalt trail section, and traffic control in accordance with NCDOT and County standards.
