Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Audio Visual (AV) Equipment and Services for the Guilford County Animal Shelter located in Greensboro, NC. The scope includes supplying and installing AV equipment in the Education Center, Lobby Television, and Conference Rooms 123 and 154, including system training and one-year support and warranty. The contract term is from award through project completion or June 30, 2023, whichever is sooner. A non-mandatory site walkthrough is scheduled for August 30, 2022, at the shelter location.
