Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide rapid response crisis stabilization beds (to be billed as residential Level III) exclusively for both male and female children/youth (ages 12 to 17) who are in the custody of Guilford County Department of Social Services and/or for post adoption emergency placements. The target population includes youth involved with Child Protective Services, CPS In-Home Services, Department of Juvenile Justice, or children needing post-adoption respite due to emergent needs. The contract will be funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding and requires providers to be licensed in North Carolina and not debarred from federal business.
