Guilford County is seeking qualified providers for comprehensive vehicle maintenance, repair, and up-fitting services for its entire county-owned fleet. - Government Buyer: - Guilford County Purchasing Department, Greene Street Building, Basement-Suite 072 - Fleet Scope: - Includes sedans, SUVs, light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, emergency vehicles, and equipment such as trailers - Fleet features vehicles from major OEMs such as Ram, Chevrolet, Dodge, International, GMC, and Honda - Services Requested: - Scheduled preventative maintenance (fluid and filter changes, tire services, alignments, tune-ups, brake and battery services) - General repairs (diagnostics and repair of engine, transmission, HVAC, electrical, and other automotive systems) - Up-fitting services (installation of aftermarket equipment such as emergency lighting, radios, containment systems, bumpers, sirens, video systems, and mobile computers) - Requirements: - Providers must offer a minimum 12 months/12,000 miles warranty on repairs - Maintain computerized service records and provide detailed invoicing - Shuttle service for vehicles must be available - Preference for providers with multiple local locations and extended service hours - MWBE participation is encouraged - Compliance with insurance, E-Verify, and other county requirements - Contract Term: - Initial term of three years, with two optional one-year renewals (up to five years total)
