Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Pool Management and Lifeguard Services at three Guilford County Park Aquatic Centers during the summer swim season from May 28, 2022 through September 5, 2022. The contract term is initially three years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods, totaling up to five years. The scope includes providing qualified pool management and lifeguard staff, maintaining pool operations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The County will provide utilities, chemicals, pool equipment, and janitorial supplies, while the provider is responsible for staffing, pool maintenance, and enforcing pool rules.
