Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide an executive leadership development program. The program includes individual coaching, retreat facilitation for organizational team building, and aims to align leadership development and communication across all levels of leadership within the County. The scope includes administration of the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), coaching sessions, a leadership workshop or retreat, and senior executive debriefings.
