Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide evaluation support for the implementation of a collective action strategic plan aimed at reducing infant mortality disparities in Guilford County by 50% by 2026. The selected provider will work with Guilford County Public Health and partners to create and implement an evaluation plan over a five-year period, tracking progress and reporting on milestones. The contract will be funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and will initially be for one year with options to renew for up to four years. The provider must have experience in public health research and evaluation, particularly in projects focused on disparity reduction and maternal health.
