Description

Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide janitorial and floor maintenance services at three locations: High Point Detention Center, Greensboro Detention Center, and Independence Building. The contract will be for an initial period of three years with options to renew for two additional one-year terms, totaling up to five years. The County reserves the right to award all locations to one provider or award per location to multiple providers.
