Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms to lease Greenhouse #1 located at 7315 Howerton Road, Gibsonville, NC, known as the County Farm. The lease is for a term of five years with no option to renew beyond the initial term. The greenhouse is approximately 28 x 96 feet and is being leased in its as-is, where-is condition. The premises shall be used solely for agricultural, horticultural, botanical, and/or educational purposes, and the provider must supply a current certificate of insurance as outlined in the lease template. Proposals must be submitted in hard copy by July 18, 2023, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.
