Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department is seeking proposals from individuals or firms to provide services for the construction of a new storage building and sidewalk at the Guilford County Animal Shelter located at 980 Guilford College Road, Greensboro, NC. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to move existing irrigation lines, existing electrical work, grading and leveling the site, pouring a four-inch concrete pad for the storage building, purchasing and installing a 20x40 storage building, and pouring sidewalks as specified in the scope of work. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged. The bid process is informal, with no public bid opening, and bids must be submitted by the specified due date.
