Description

Guilford County is soliciting proposals for a qualified Records Management System (RMS) that is NFIRS 5.0 and at minimum NEMSIS 3.4 compliant for 21 County Fire Departments, 3 Municipal Departments, and one County Emergency Services Department. The system should be cloud-based and flexible based on available modules. The procurement includes licensing, interfaces, training, documentation, data conversion, maintenance, support, and all necessary services for optimal system functionality. The contract term is initially three years with options to renew for two additional one-year periods, totaling up to five years.
