Description
Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide capacity building support for implementation of Year 2 of a collective action framework aimed at reducing infant mortality in Guilford County. The project focuses on advancing health equity, centering community engagement, strengthening the continuum of care from preconception to infant wellness, and promoting positive child development. The contract will be funded by American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and includes a one-year initial term with options to renew for up to three additional years. The selected provider will work closely with Guilford County Public Health and Every Baby Guilford to manage partnerships, community engagement, intervention implementation, and performance measurement.
