Facility improvements by repainting the exterior (and interior of Lean-to) of the following facility:Middle Island Shop building (RPI #10021849)Location: Middle Island, George Street, St. Mary's, WV, 39°24'24.02" N, 81°12'11.78" WThe requirements in this statement of work (SOW) are the basis for the refurbishment. The contractorshall use only high-quality materials for this refurbishment.This will enable the contractor to assess the building and the site conditions for the project.The building to be painted is shown in the Appendix of this document. The building measures 54 feetwide by 100 feet long, with an eave height of 15.5 feet.Site Visit: 5/6/2026 @ 9:00 AM EDT.
