Description

The City of San Mateo's Community Development Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced firms to provide professional services supporting, enhancing, and administering its Tyler Technologies Enterprise Permitting & Licensing (EPL) system, known as EnerGov. The scope includes one-time enhancement projects such as report conversions and custom form development, as well as ongoing technical support including issue resolution and report development. The contract term is one year, with services anticipated on a regular, ongoing basis. The City will evaluate firms based on experience, understanding of the scope, team expertise, and acceptance of the City's standard agreement.
