The Tennessee Board of Regents is seeking to procure two aircraft for the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Oneida's Aviation Maintenance Technology program. - Government Buyer: - Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR), for TCAT Oneida/Huntsville - OEMs Referenced: - Piper (Piper Aircraft, Inc.) - Cessna (Textron Aviation Inc.) - Products Requested: - One Piper Arrow II (Model PA28R-200), 1972 or newer - Total time: 10,000 hours or less - Engine and propeller time since major overhaul: 1,500 hours or less - Equipped with basic IFR communication and navigation equipment - Airworthy condition with annual inspection within the preceding 12 months - All current, applicable airworthiness directives completed - One Cessna 172, 1972 or newer - Same technical and airworthiness requirements as above - Notable Requirements: - Delivery to KSCX, Scott Municipal Airport, Oneida, TN - Bidders may propose alternative manufacturers/models if specifications are met or exceeded - Pricing may be extended to other Tennessee colleges - Aircraft must be in airworthy condition and compliant with all regulatory directives
