The Iowa Army National Guard, through the Midwest Counterdrug Training Center (MCTC), is seeking a contractor to provide technical instruction services for the Highway Drug Investigations for Patrol course. - Government Buyer: - Agency: U.S. Army, National Guard Bureau - Sub-agency: Iowa Army National Guard, Midwest Counterdrug Training Center (MCTC) - Contracting Office: USPFO Purchasing & Contracting, Johnston, IA - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or commercial vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments. - Products/Services Requested: - Technical instruction services for the Highway Drug Investigations for Patrol course - Up to 6 course iterations during the base period (12 months) - Up to 12 course iterations per year for each of four 12-month option periods - Each course iteration serves up to 50 law enforcement officers, minimum 20 hours over 3 days - Includes course design, delivery, student manuals, slide presentations, practical exercises, and pre/post-tests - Delivery may be in-person or via distance learning - Instructors must have extensive law enforcement experience - Unique or Notable Requirements: - 100% Small Business set-aside - Contractor must provide all course materials and adapt content as required by MCTC - Service area may include law enforcement personnel from all 54 states and territories - No specific products, part numbers, or OEMs are referenced - Period of Performance: - 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods - Maximum of 54 course iterations over the full contract if all options are exercised - Place of Performance: - Midwest Counterdrug Training Center (MCTC) at Camp Dodge Joint Maneuver Training Center, Johnston, Iowa - Service area may extend to all 54 states and territories
