Description

The Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) is seeking proposals for the delivery of Evidence-Based Programming (EBP) aimed at addressing criminal thinking, decision-making, and behavior patterns that contribute to reoffending. The programming will be delivered through traditional in-person classroom facilitation and technology-based virtual classroom solutions in Community Supervision field offices, as well as in-person classroom facilitation within Day Reporting Centers. The goal is to reduce recidivism and promote rehabilitation by implementing evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral interventions that support lasting behavior change among individuals on probation and parole. Contractors are expected to deliver mandated EBP curricula aligned with TDOC's strategy and provide structured rehabilitative programming to address criminogenic needs.
