The State of Tennessee is seeking vendors to provide and install vehicle wrap materials for its Highway Patrol fleet. - Government Buyer: - State of Tennessee Department of General Services, Vehicle and Asset Management division - Tennessee Highway Patrol - OEMs and Vendors: - 3M (3M 1080 film) - Avery Dennison (SW900 film) - Equivalent or superior manufacturers may also qualify - Products/Services Requested: - Vehicle wrap materials (30-inch by 50-foot rolls) with: - Gloss finish - Custom color matching to Tennessee Highway Patrol vehicles - Thickness between 3.2 and 4.7 mm - Minimum adhesion of 2.5 pounds per inch - Tensile strength of 4 pounds per inch - Chemical resistance - Performance life of at least 7 years - Acceptable products: 3M 1080 film, Avery Dennison SW900 film, or equivalent - Vehicle wrap installation services for various fleet vehicles (Ford Explorers, F150s, Mustangs; Dodge Durangos; Chevrolet Silverados, Tahoes) - Includes installation on damaged vehicles, application of THP logos, and surface preparation - Minimum of six vehicle wraps per five-day workweek, with at least three vehicles worked on simultaneously - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Custom color matching to THP patrol car colors - High durability and strict material specifications - Delivery of materials within 60 days of purchase order - Installations performed at 225 Ezell Pike, Nashville - Delivery of materials to Tennessee Tower, 312 Rosa L. Parks Avenue, Nashville - Contract term: three years with two one-year renewal options

Description

The State of Tennessee Department of General Services, Vehicle and Asset Management division is seeking to procure Vehicle Wrap Installation Services through an Invitation to Bid. The solicitation includes providing vehicle wrap materials that meet specified requirements such as gloss finish, custom color matching, thickness, adhesion, chemical resistance, tensile strength, and expected performance life. The contract term is for three years with two additional one-year renewal options.
