Procurement of Petroleum Expeditionary Analysis Kit (PEAK Kit) or Equal for Tyndall AFB

The U.S. Air Force at Tyndall Air Force Base is seeking a Petroleum Expeditionary Analysis Kit (PEAK Kit) or an equivalent solution for fuel testing and analysis. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 325th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) and 325th Contracting Squadron, Tyndall AFB - OEMs and Vendors: - D-2 Incorporated (referenced as the manufacturer of the USMC PEAK Kit Assembly) - Pelican (manufacturer of waterproof case) - No other specific OEMs or brands are mandated; offerors may propose equivalent products - Products Requested: - One complete PEAK Kit assembly (P/N JF-PEAK-M) or equivalent - Includes digital portable density meter, free water detector, particle counter, and accessories - Detailed component list with part numbers and quantities (see below) - 5-year warranty covering parts, labor, and calibration - Notable Requirements: - Kit must comply with ASTM and MIL-STD-810 standards - Delivery required within 45 days after order receipt - Set aside for small business under NAICS 334516 - All components and accessories must meet the salient characteristics outlined in the attachments - Delivery Location: - 325th LRS, Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida - Technical details and part numbers provided for each kit component - No option years or recurring services; single delivery with warranty coverage

The contractor shall provide a PEAK Kit or Equal IAW the attached Salient Characteristics.
