Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the VTARNG / USPFO-VT, Purchasing and Contracting, to provide Dental and Audiology support. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website atwww.sam.gov on or about 26 May 2026.The contract type is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price and will consist of one (1) 12 month base period from 4 August 2026 - 3 August 2027, and four (4) twelve month option periods for a total of five years. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 621999 All other miscellaneous ambulatory health care services with a Small Business Size Standard of $20,500,000.The VTARNG Office of the Deputy State Surgeon has a requirement to provide the VTARNG Deputy State Surgeons Office (DSS) with management services for the medical credentialing, dental health and hearing conservation program and analyzing data, metrics and trends and the providing of recommendations and reports. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contractor employees performing the services herein. Such contractor employees shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. They ensure proper utilization of services and resources and provide assistance within, between, and outside of VTARNG facilities. The contractor shall provide services during the normal duty day, typically between the hours of 0600-1700, Monday through Friday, except on recognized US holidays or when the Government facility/installation is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government-directed facility/installation closings. Performance shall be at Green Mountain Armory located at 789 Vermont National Guard RD BLDG 7 Colchester, VT 05446.
