Description
The City of Annapolis is soliciting proposals for new Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) and Automated Voice Annunciation (AVA) technology. The scope includes providing hardware and compatible software systems for automated aural stop announcements compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Proposals are due by May 29, 2026, and a virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 29, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award multiple contracts as deemed appropriate.
