The City of Vacaville, CA is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to update its Water System Master Plan. The selected firm will manage the project, collect and review data, evaluate water supply and demand, assess the existing water system, develop a prioritized Capital Improvement Program, and prepare a comprehensive master plan. Proposals must be submitted via email by May 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM PST. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and provides a project manual for additional information.
