Description
The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) is seeking qualified vendors to design, install, commission, operate, and maintain the FasTrak Regional Customer Service Center Back Office System. This procurement is part one of a two-step process, starting with a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) followed by a Request for Proposals (RFP) for shortlisted firms.
