Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Government of Manitoba, represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (CPPD), invites prospective contractors to submit proposals for the Law Courts Curtain Wall, Lower Roof Replacement, and associated structural, mechanical, and electrical work at the Manitoba Courts building located at 408 York Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. The scope includes removal and replacement of approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of the North and Northeast curtain walls, replacement of the low roofing assembly, and interior and exterior Tyndall Stone modifications. The work site will be fully occupied during construction, and a mandatory site visit is scheduled. Preference will be given to Canadian and Non-US suppliers with compliant submissions. A Non-Disclosure Agreement must be signed prior to receiving specifications and drawings.
