Description

The National Research Council of Canada (NRC) is seeking to acquire a high-resolution sputter coater to support the operations of the Scanning Electron Microscopy facility at the Construction Research Center. The equipment will enhance the ability to image non-conductive materials and improve the functionality of the Electron Microscopy facility. The sputter coater must be a high vacuum magnetron type, capable of using an Iridium metal target to provide extremely fine grain coating for high resolution microscopy. The contract period extends from the award date to August 31, 2026, with all deliverables due by that date.
