Description

The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba is soliciting proposals for media monitoring services including monitoring, scanning, reporting, and automated sentiment rating of daily digital, print, and social media related to the WCB and SAFE Work Manitoba. The services will be provided remotely with occasional onsite visits and include access for multiple users to a monitoring platform. The contractor must provide automated and manual sentiment analysis, reporting, and an interactive dashboard tailored to WCB specifications. The contract term is three years with an option to extend for an additional two years.
