Description
This solicitation is for a Master Agreement to provide on-call street, sidewalk, and right-of-way maintenance and repair services throughout the City of Signal Hill. The contractor will supply labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, traffic control, and incidentals as directed by the City. Typical work includes micro-surfacing, slurry seal, asphalt patching, crack sealing, grinding and overlay, sidewalk and curb replacement, ADA curb ramps, utility cover adjustments, pavement markings, surface prep, disposal, and traffic control. Work is authorized via Task Orders and/or Change Orders with no guaranteed minimum amount of work. The contract term is one year with possible renewals up to a total of five years.
