The contract requires various forest hydrology consulting services and completion of hydrological assessments (surface and ground water) of watersheds and basins for proposed BCTS timber sale licence developments across the Okanagan-Columbia (TOC) Business Area, with potential projects in Revelstoke and Golden Timber Supply Areas. The contract involves a qualified hydrology professional working in various field conditions, including isolated areas, to provide assessments and reports on cumulative effects, hydrological risks, and mitigation recommendations. It also includes general hydrology consulting services for screening reviews of the BCTS Operating Plan and development of hydrological risk framework procedures and tools in coordination with TOC staff.
