The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction, on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System and Texas A&M University-Texarkana, is soliciting statements of qualifications for selection of an Architect/Engineer firm for the Eagle Landing Phase 4 project. The project involves the construction of six 105-bed apartment-style residence halls to house up to 630 students, with a mix of shared and private bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The project also includes rerouting an existing road to comply with fire lane access codes and plans for a future clubhouse adjacent to the residence halls. The planning amount for the project is $51,800,000, including a construction contract amount of $38,384,544.
