Description
Charlotte Water is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering companies to provide construction administration and inspection services for the Mallard Creek WWRF Solids Handling Improvement Project. The project involves construction components such as spiral heat exchangers, various pumps, gas treatment, a new waste biogas flare, new buildings including an e-house and boiler building, and digester building improvements. Full rehabilitation of the existing drying beds is also included. The construction will be bid in the summer of 2026 following final design completion.
