Description
The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review the initial determination granting a joint motion to terminate the investigation regarding certain semiconductor devices, computing products containing the same, and components thereof. The investigation was based on a settlement agreement and withdrawal of the complaint. The investigation is terminated in its entirety. The investigation involved allegations of patent infringement and importation violations under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
