Description
This document amends the Table of FM Allotments of the Federal Communications Commission's rules by allotting alternate Channel 265C3 at Enterprise, Utah, as the community's second local service. The channel can be allotted consistent with minimum distance separation requirements with a site restriction of 15 kilometers west of the community. The window period for filing applications for this channel at Enterprise will not be opened at this time; the issue will be addressed in a subsequent order. Additionally, modifications to FM stations KXUT and KXQX licenses are made to specify operation on new channels as the first local service for Orderville and Big Water, Utah, respectively.
