This opportunity is a follow-on procurement for Combat Systems Services (CSS) at the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) Wallops Island, VA, supporting the U.S. Navy's advanced warfare systems. - Government Buyer: - Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC), Wallops Island, VA - Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) are named in the solicitation - The incumbent contractor is BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services, Inc. - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive management, engineering, operations, and technical support for activation, operation, maintenance, and engineering of combat systems and computer programs - Support covers AEGIS, Ship Self Defense System (SSDS), Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD), sensors, and related Navy combat systems - Services include: system installation, activation, testing, configuration management, readiness maintenance, data analysis, technical library support, cybersecurity compliance, and travel to multiple Navy and federal locations - Over 2.8 million labor hours across a wide range of specialized roles (e.g., Program Managers, Engineers, Technicians, Test Directors, Network Administrators) - Key labor categories: Aegis/SSDS specialists, CANES technicians, CIWS and VLS technicians, Electronic Warfare and Radar/IFF technicians, Systems Engineers, Project Managers, and more - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide highly qualified personnel with specific experience and education for each labor category - Emphasis on cybersecurity compliance, configuration management, and technical library operations - Support for both live and simulated integrated warfare capabilities, including development, testing, evaluation, fleet operations, and training - Travel required to multiple Navy and federal facilities nationwide - Only SeaPort-NxG Multiple Award Contract (MAC) holders are eligible to compete - Place of Performance: - Primary: Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC), Wallops Island, VA - Additional travel to Navy and federal facilities in Dahlgren, VA; Washington, DC; Moorestown, NJ; San Diego, CA; Port Hueneme, CA; Norfolk, VA; White Sands, NM; Patuxent River, MD; and others

This is a follow-up to the Sources Sought/Advance Notice that was previously posted in the SeaPort-NxG portal. This is not a request for proposals and does not obligate the Government to award a contract or task order. This notice has been updated to include Industry Day Information.  The Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) Wallops Island, VA requires support for management, engineering, operation, and technical expertise for activation, operations, maintenance and engineering of equipment, and systems and computer programs in support of all the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) missions and projects performed at SCSC. The SCSC provides live and simulated integrated warfare capabilities in a net-centric, maritime environment to develop, test, evaluate, and conduct fleet operations and training for the warfighter. The SCSC facilities include the SCSC Command Headquarters area, the Captain Eric L. Washam USN AEGIS Engineering and Training Complex, the Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Facility, the SCSC Sensor Test Site, and the Wallops Island Engineering Test Center (WIETC).  THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED AMONGST SEAPORT-NXG MAC HOLDERS ONLY.
