Description

This notice pertains to the extension without change of a previously approved information collection request under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995. The Department of Education is seeking comments on the data collection and reporting activities required of State Educational Agencies, Local Educational Agencies, and schools under Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA). The collected information supports compliance with statutory requirements and provides data to school communities, LEAs, SEAs, and the Department. Comments are invited to be submitted by June 1, 2026.
