Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is reopening the comment period on the proposed rule to delist the North Park phacelia, a plant found in Colorado, from the Federal List of Endangered and Threatened Plants under the Endangered Species Act. The reopening allows an additional 30 days for public comments in consideration of an updated Species Status Assessment report revised with new information and peer review. Comments previously submitted will be fully considered and do not need to be resubmitted. The final determination will be based on the best scientific and commercial data available and may differ from the initial proposal.
