Description
Hays County, Texas is seeking a vendor to provide Indigent Cremation and Burial Services in strict conformity with Texas laws and regulations, including Chapter 651 of the Texas Occupations Code, the Health and Safety Code, and Texas Funeral Commission Standards. The Hays County Health Department determines eligibility for indigent burial. The County reserves the right to use services secured gratis from other community sources.
