Description

The Town of Bedford is soliciting quotes from contractors to provide pickup and recycling of all scheduled mattresses and box springs throughout Bedford for a one-year term from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The contract includes all labor, materials, transport, fuel, insurance, fees, and other costs related to the service. Pricing must remain firm throughout the contract period. Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by Massachusetts law apply to this project. The town reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all responses if it is in the public interest or if the response does not represent a competent person to perform the work.
