The Government of Nunavut is inviting tenders for the provision of air charter services for an aircraft charter one way from Rankin Inlet to Cambridge Bay. Qualified bidders must be either an Air Carrier holding an Air Operator Certificate issued by Transport Canada and a domestic carrier license issued by the Canadian Transportation Agency, or a Reseller meeting the requirements of the Canadian Transportation Agency with a direct contractual relationship with a licensed Air Carrier.
