Description

This solicitation is for the supply and delivery of SH materials to the communities of Qikiqtarjuaq and Pond Inlet, Nunavut. All materials must be delivered FOB LHO warehouse within these communities during the 2026 Sealift season using the designated Government of Nunavut marine carrier and local cartage. Bidders are required to provide unit pricing for each item and submit a lot bid based on the totals of the community's Appendix C. The successful bidder must submit crate lists, detailed packing slips, and shop drawings upon delivery to the designated carrier. No payments will be released until these documents are received and approved by the Nunavut Housing Corporation (NHC).
