Description
The College intends to contract for rapid response on-call painting and wall-covering services at JCCC owned or leased facilities. Services include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and tasks necessary to perform painting, staining, or refinishing of interior and exterior surfaces such as drywall, wood, masonry, and metal. Minor repairs and patching of drywall and other surfaces are included. Some work may require the use of two-part epoxy products and night shift hours due to access and odor concerns. The contract does not guarantee a specific amount of hours or annual payment.
