Description

The College intends to award an annual contract for on-call Mechanical Contractor services from licensed mechanical contractors at JCCC owned facilities. Typical services may include furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks, and incidental and customary work necessary to competently perform on-call mechanical maintenance, repairs (both emergency and non-emergency), upgrades, installations, and replacements. The scope and number of projects and tasks are unknown at the time of contract execution, and the contract will not guarantee a certain amount of hours or annual sum paid. On certain projects, the College may provide supplies and materials for required work, and the Contractor will provide skilled labor, or projects may use a cost proposal format.
