Description

The Department of Mental Health (DMH) of Vermont is seeking proposals to establish contracts with one or more entities to provide a crisis stabilization treatment program for up to 6 children aged 5 through 12 experiencing an acute mental health crisis. The program aims to stabilize these children and transition them back to their home and community. Proposals must specify whether the program will serve 4-6 beds statewide or a regional program with no fewer than 2 beds, with priority for locations in Central or Northern Mid Vermont. The contract period is 2 years with an option to renew for up to 3 additional years, starting in State Fiscal Year 2026.
