Description

This solicitation is for an agreement where the contractor will provide restroom repair services at the California Department of Food and Agriculture’s Plant Health and Pest Prevention Services located at 402-650 US-395, Chilcoot, CA 96105. Compensation will be based on rates specified in Exhibit B - Attachment 1, covering all labor, equipment, materials, tools, permits, supervision, insurance, transportation, and other necessary expenses. A mandatory walk-through pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 5, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the project location. The contractor must hold a General Building Contractor license (Type B) and the service area is Lassen County.
