Description

This solicitation is for fiber construction services and network maintenance along the New York State Thruway from the Syracuse Exit 36 regeneration building to the Buffalo Exit 53 regeneration building, approximately 143 miles. The work is divided into three phases: Phase 1 - Inspection and Proofing Services, Phase 2 - Fiber Construction Services, and Phase 3 - Network Maintenance.
