Description

The Town of Leesburg, Virginia is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide annual pavement rejuvenation using a maltene based asphalt rejuvenating agent. The contractor shall apply pavement rejuvenator on street segments identified each year by the Town. The work includes obtaining right-of-way permits, street sweeping, signage, notifications, and maintenance of traffic.
