The City of Calgary is seeking proposals from experienced proponents to provide a replacement for the existing Calgary Rights-of-Way Management (CROWM) online portal and ePermits permitting system. The new solution must be scalable to include additional permit types currently managed in ePermits and support the full lifecycle of permit intake, review, issuance, and document management for work in City-owned and managed Rights-of-Ways.
