This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to add qualified consultants experienced in Automatic Short Count Traffic Data Collection. The Province intends to establish a List of Qualified Suppliers from May 27, 2026, to March 31, 2028. Qualified suppliers may be contacted directly or asked to compete for contracts on an as-needed basis. Submissions can be made electronically, by email, or as a hard copy.
