Description
The City of Beaumont is seeking to enter into an engineering services contract with a state-registered engineer to assist the City in pre-award and post-award engineering services in support of eligible activities to implement infrastructure projects if funded under the Water Supply and Infrastructure (WSI) Grant from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). The contract involves application preparation and project implementation of a WSI grant, if awarded. The contract is subject to the TWDB and EPA's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, encouraging procurement opportunities to all businesses. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all proposers and encourages Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and labor surplus area firms to submit proposals.
