This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the treatment and removal of invasive plant species and noxious weeds within the Cowichan Valley Regional District on an as and when required basis. The scope includes treatment and removal services as detailed in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D).
